Hey, I’m Joanna.

I'm a Senior Product designer currently working at Truist.

As a designer, I’m dedicated to delivering designs that are both user-friendly and data-driven.

My fascination for UX design first began during my time as a student at the Hussman School of Media and Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I was drawn to UX because it united my interests in solving problems, researching and understanding how people think, and improving accessibility.

I strongly believe in lifelong learning and consistently challenging myself. Whether it's learning about the latest technologies, reading UX and UI blogs, connecting with professionals at tech conferences, or simply trying out new hobbies—I'm always working to grow and expand my skills.

Lastly, I am a designer who is passionate about emerging technology and who values individuals and their differences. As a result, I am a dedicated advocate for enhancing technology and website accessibility and for spreading disability awareness.
